Une soir\u00e9e sur le toit de l’Institut fran\u00e7ais d\u00e9di\u00e9e au lancement du livre New Document<\/em>, une nouvelle publication de la maison d’\u00e9dition fran\u00e7aise sun\/sun par le studio de design typographique ath\u00e9nien Typical Organization. L’\u00e9diteur et les auteurs discutent de la politique du langage, du faire sans savoir, du hasard versus l’ordre et du processus d’\u00e9criture automatique. La discussion sera suivie d’une lecture performative de “Official Narratives”, un texte de Vasilis Marmatakis qui est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 dans le livre.<\/p>\n

New Document<\/em> n’est pas nouveau. Ce n’est pas un manifeste ni une bible. Il n’est pas fait avec des images. Il ne porte pas sur notre travail. Il ne s’agit pas de quelque chose de certain. Il n’est pas d\u00e9finitif. Il n’est pas sans pens\u00e9es et sentiments. New Document<\/em> est un exercice d’\u00e9criture automatique contre et avec les normes et les ordres qui nous inhibent et nous entourent. Une tentative de penser avec la p\u00e9rilleuse organisation des mots. C’est un cadavre exquis par d\u00e9faut fa\u00e7onn\u00e9 au hasard en symbiose avec des textes d’auteurs invit\u00e9s typiques : Lefteris Kaltsas, Vasilis Marmatakis, Jorn Olsthoorn, Florent Frizet, Konstantina Yannakopoulou, Momus, C\u00e9line P\u00e9vrier, Stratis Vogiatzis, Elena Demetra Chantzis, Hannes Livers Gutberlet, Ella Villaumie, Tristan Bera, Iris Touliatou et Sofia Zerva.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

An evening on the roof of French Institute dedicated to the book launch of New Document<\/em> a new release of the French based publishing house sun\/sun by the Athenian based typographic design studio Typical Organization. The publisher and the authors discuss on politics of language, doing without knowing, randomness versus order and the process of automatic writing. This is followed by a performative lecture of “Official Narratives” a texte by Vasilis Marmatakis that is presented in the book.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

New Document<\/em> is not new. It\u2019s not a manifesto nor a bible. It\u2019s not made with images. It\u2019s not on our work. It\u2019s not about something certain. It\u2019s not final. It\u2019s not without thoughts and feelings. New Document<\/em> is an automatic writing exercise against and with the Standards and Orders that inhibit and surround us. An attempt to think with the perilous Organization of words.
